- £5,000 Landlord's business contents included free
- Loss of up to 3 months rent following murder, suicide or notifiable disease - max 5% of the building sum insured
- Lock replacement following theft of their keys - max £250
- Loss of oil - max £5,000
- Loss of metered water - max £1,000
- Damage to landscaped gardens by the emergency services - max £5,000
- Water damage tracing costs - max £10,000
- Prevention of access resulting in loss of rent - max 20% of sum insured
- Public utilities resulting in loss of rent - max 20% of sum insured
- Contract works - max £15,000
- Costs of re-letting following a claim - max £500
- Legal liability for accidents to domestic employees - £10,000,000
Landlord's business contents (£5,000 included with buildings section)
- Loss of heating oil - £5,000
- Leaseholders cover where you are not responsible for insuring the building but have installed and are responsible for fixtures and fitting, greenhouses, sheds etc - £10,000

- Limit of £50,000 per claim and £500,000 in the aggregate
Options available
- Increased Public Liability indemnity limit of £5,000,000 available at additional cost as owners of the buildings or as owners of the landlord's business contents.
- Loss of rent or alternative accommodation - max £25,000 (not required if buildings section operative)
- Premium discounts available for increased excess - 5% for additional £250 and 10% for additional £500
- Landlord's rental protection optional extension
- Option to buy back cover (not including theft or malicious damage) after 60 days of unoccupancy for a maximum of a further 90 day period
